1. The service
Listerium is a mobile app that helps you manage personal content such as todos, shopping lists, a watch archive, and notes on your device. No account is required; your content is stored primarily on your device.
2. License
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Listerium for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute without authorization, or use the app for unlawful purposes (except where mandatory law allows).
3. No account; backups
The publisher does not provide a cloud account for your content. You are responsible for backing up your device against loss, deletion, or corruption. We recommend using the local backup and export features.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app only in a lawful manner, including:
- not adding content that infringes others’ rights
- not abusing the app or related APIs
- not attempting to compromise security or integrity
5. Third-party content (TMDB)
Movie/TV metadata and images in the Watch module may come from the TMDB API. That content is not owned by Listerium; accuracy, availability, and suitability are not guaranteed. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
6. Intellectual property
The Listerium name, UI, and publisher materials are protected as applicable. Content you create in the app remains yours.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties—express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation—are disclaimed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including data loss, lost profits, or business interruption). Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Changes
We may update the app or these terms. The current terms are published at www.listerium.com/terms. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts and enforcement offices in Ankara have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer dispute forums where applicable.
