This Privacy Policy explains how Y.Kemal Beler (“publisher”, “we”) handles information in connection with the Listerium mobile app. Contact: info@listerium.com · Ankara, Türkiye.
1. About the app
Listerium is a local-first personal organizer for todos, shopping, a watch archive, and notes. There is no user account and no publisher-operated cloud sync. Your content is stored primarily in a SQLite database on your device.
2. Data we do not collect on publisher servers
Listerium does not operate a user-content cloud or account backend for your lists. Your tasks, shopping lists, notes, personal watch archive, favorites, and app settings are not uploaded to publisher servers.
3. Data stored on your device
Depending on how you use the app, your device may store:
- Module content (tasks, lists, notes, watch entries, connections, favorites)
- App settings (theme, language, notification preferences, enabled modules)
- Images you attach (notes, list covers, etc.)
- Local backup files (manual or automatic)
- Local identifiers related to scheduled notifications
- On-device cache of TMDB API responses for the Watch module
4. Permissions and purposes
- Notifications: reminders and a daily digest (local scheduled notifications; no remote push in the current version).
- Camera / photos: optional images you attach; stored on device.
- Files / sharing: user-initiated backup export or import.
5. Third parties — TMDB
The Watch module may send requests to the TMDB API for discover, search, and detail data (for example search text and media IDs). Those requests go to TMDB and are subject to TMDB’s own practices. Your private lists and notes are not uploaded by Listerium to a Listerium cloud.
This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
See TMDB’s documentation: TMDB Privacy Policy.
6. Backups and sharing
Backups are kept on your device by default. If you export or share a backup, the file leaves your device through the channel you choose (files app, email, your own cloud drive, etc.). The publisher does not host or control those shares.
7. Advertising, analytics, and crash reporting
As of the effective date, Listerium does not use advertising SDKs, usage analytics, or crash-reporting services. If that changes, this policy will be updated before or when such features ship.
8. Children
Listerium is not directed at children. If you believe a child’s personal data has been entered into the app in a way that concerns you, contact us.
9. Retention and deletion
Data remains on your device. Uninstalling the app, clearing app data, or using in-app clear/restore controls affects what is stored. Automatic local backups also live on the device and may be removed when the app is uninstalled.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Contact info@listerium.com. In practice, most actions are performed with on-device controls (edit, delete, backup, uninstall). Data that never leaves your device cannot be deleted from a publisher server because it is not stored there.
11. International use
The app may be downloaded in many countries. Processing is primarily on-device. TMDB requests may be handled in regions where TMDB operates.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is published at www.listerium.com/privacy. Material changes will update the effective date.
